Course Details

The aim of this programme is to provide a broad based, management qualification that meets the needs of industry and commerce by providing participants with a clear and comprehensive understanding of good management practice and techniques.
The programme has been contextualised to suit the Hospitality industry, to provide managers of the future who will be able to improve the competitiveness of their organisations by optimising strategic use of resources. You will study the relevant management theories and models which can help provide guidelines for making effective decisions. The course will take you through decision making models, problem solving methods and also different ways of solving conflict at work. The programme is designed to enable you to take informed management decisions. Students completing this programme end up with two different qualifications.
